	KMI foundation (as “KMI” hereinafter) is to provide the security of the personal information for the users of the internet service provided by KMI and to act in accordance with the code and practice of personal information protection policy governed by the ministry of information and communication. The personal privacy policy may change at any time without notification in accordance with the government legislation and policy changes. The members are advised to check any changes at the time of the website visit. [Purpose of Personal information gather and use] For the prompt supply of the internet service of appointment confirmation, consultations, and other information provision via on-line and off-line, or for the application of the information as statistical data it may be necessary to gather personal information. <br> The information gathered is not to be used for any other purposes other than specified above, and in case of changes in the extent of the information gathering and the purpose of the use, agreement is to be sought from the member prior to the changes. [Personal information disclosure and share] As a principle rule, the member’s personal information is not to be disclosed to other corporations or institutes other than for the service provision reasons. It is considered to be an exception and the information disclosure may be necessary if the terms and conditions agreement is breached or an act of illegal use of the website service is causing harms to others or in the case against rules and regulations. Member’s personal information may be disclosed in the form of random statistical data, research development, market research, information provision and notification purposes in relation to mailing and the information is to be released in the anonymous form of specific subject undistinguishable data. [Management of personal ID / password] The user is liable for the responsibility of the website ID and password use. KMI provides the best effort in personal information protection. However, in order to keep the security of the personal information, the user is also responsible for the ID and password use and management. KIM do not hold any responsibility for the ID and password disclosure to the 3rd party other than the designated ID and password holder. In addition, KMI never asks for ID and password disclosure via the means of phone or email. Personal information viewing, amendment, and delete process KMI members are entitled to view the personal information or to make amendments. If you are registered as a member, your personal information may be viewed, amended or renewed through membership information change page. In addition, if you wish to delete your personal information, a verification process of confirming the subject through entering ID and password is required, and the information may be deleted at once. If you have forgotten your ID and password for the verification process, you can request help from the personal information administrator or use “find the password” option. [Refusal of the random collection of email address] Email address disclosed on the website is not to be randomly collected through email collection programs or any other technical means. In breaching of such law, criminal charges may apply.
